Office moved, but no one told me that when I made the appointment. Showed up to a sign on the door. Drove to new office. Then it took 20 minutes in line just to check-in. I got charged an office co-pay (even after my insurance company told me there would not be a co-pay to have an echocardiogram ordered). Asked 2 questions (that they already had the answer to), took my blood pressure, and ordered the test I had asked for on the phone as a result of a family members diagnosis. It was clear that nothing could have possibly come up at the visit that would have changed whether to order the echocardiogram. They just wanted to charge me and my insurance company more money.
